These terms apply to the VOLT Commercial website and project inquiry form. A project proposal or signed agreement, when issued, separately defines the services, pricing, payment, and warranties for a project.
01. Website information
Volt Solar Industries LLC (VOLT Commercial) provides this website to explain its commercial solar, battery storage, and EV charging services for businesses across the United States. Service availability, permitting, utility requirements, and product suitability are confirmed for the individual property and project.
02. Project inquiries
Provide accurate contact, company, and property details when submitting an inquiry. A successful submission records your inquiry for VOLT to review; it does not confirm coverage, a site visit, a price, financing, incentive eligibility, or an installation contract.
Use the contact details on this website if the online form is unavailable or a submission cannot be confirmed. Do not assume an error message means VOLT received your inquiry.
03. Product information and illustrations
The images on this website are architectural concepts and product illustrations, not photographs of completed VOLT installations. Explanations of solar generation, peak shaving, backup, and charging describe possible system behavior. Actual solar output, savings, demand-charge reductions, battery runtime, backup operation, and charging performance depend on the selected equipment, design, usage, weather, tariffs, and utility arrangements. Product ratings, approvals, and warranty terms must be confirmed for the equipment in the proposal.
04. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the form, submit another person’s or company’s details without authorization, send spam, probe for credentials, or attempt to bypass security checks. Automated abuse may be blocked or rate limited.
05. External services and privacy
Address suggestions are supplied by Google Maps services and are subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service: https://maps.google.com/help/terms_maps/. Cloudflare provides hosting and bot protection, and HubSpot stores successful inquiries. See the Privacy Policy for the information handled through this site. Linked websites, including VOLT Home, operate under their own terms.
